DIY Easter Decorations

Here comes the Easter Bunny! Well, not quite yet. While you’re waiting for your basket this year, you might be decorating your house or apartment for the occasion. I have found some really cute and fun projects to help you out. Hope all you PEEPS enjoy them! Have a Hoppy…I mean Happy Easter everyone!

I’m all about the multipurpose craft and these paper bag flowers are perfect for Spring, weddings, birthday parties and baby showers! You can get creative and add different colors and textures. I love these with pale yellow and white for Easter! These are so fun and addictive to make.

How cute are those little bunny tails??! This particular project is a little more time consuming then some of the others I’ve posted. I think the time is worth it though. It’s a decoration that will last for a long time and will look great every year!

Every holiday deserves to have a festive wreath! Easter is no exception. I love this particular project because it’s so simple and is more of a Springtime wreath than an Easter wreath. You can keep this up all Spring and when Easter comes around you can add some cute plastic eggs or a bunny to make it more festive. Also, using this same technique you can use Christmas colors and Poinsettias when that time of the year comes back around.

These yarn eggs are similar to the yarn hearts I posted in my Valentine’s Day blog. So many things can be done with these cute eggs. They can be used in a wreath, as a table centerpiece or even strung into garland. The possibilities are endless and you only need a few things to make them!

I’m pretty obsessed with this garland! I would use pastel colors like lavender. This is definitely going to be a future project for me. This project is SO easy and it looks really nice.
