From everything that we do on a day to day we forget to do the one thing that makes us look more youthful, Our Hands. Just imagine we use them for absolutely everything! Our hands start looking dry, cracked, and ashy and personally I think they need a TLC too.
I will show you some tips to keep your hands looking more youthful, beautiful, and soft without spending a lot of time.
If you don’t use a pair of gloves to wash dishes, which you should, try investing in a good dish soap. Nowadays the dish soaps help maintain hands’ natural moisture.
Scrub your hands, at least once a week. This will help get rid of dead skin cells. You can use a regular scrubber, sea salt, coffee, or even brown sugar with lemon.
Wash your hands often with warm water and soap. Not only does this help keep your hands clean but it also helps prevent the spread of germs.
Massage your hands, this will stimulate blood circulation in your hands.
Avoid chewing your nails. This is a horrible habit to have. Bitten nails, torn nubby and bleeding are not pretty and make your hands look unattractive.
Soaking your hands in warm water or milk helps keep your hands feeling soft, moisturized, and looking youthful. It also helps the growth of your nails.
Hydrate and nourish by applying a rich nourishing hand cream.
When you go out in the cold, wear gloves. Cold weather makes your hands really dry.
Wear sunscreen! When going out to the sun don’t forget to apply a bit of sunscreen on your hands as well this will also prevent age spots.
Last but not least, make sure your manicure stays on fleek! Hands don’t look good if your nails are not on point.
